Personal data is processed by the Controller in order to register the participants of an event organised by the Controller.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is taking steps by the Controller on my request, i.e. registration for a seminar organised by the Controller (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).
Personal data may be made available to processors acting on behalf of the Controller, such as providers of IT services, which are used by the Controller upon registration for the seminar and entities with which the Controller cooperates upon registration for the seminar.
Personal data, processed for the purpose of taking steps by the Controller on my request, shall be stored by the Controller for the period of five years following their collection or until the time when the Controller shall decide about their erasure.
I have the following rights:
1. the right of access to the personal data provided by me and the right to receive a copy,
2. the right to rectify personal data,
3. the right to delete personal data,
4. the right to request a limitation to the processing of personal data,
5. the right for moving personal data,
6. the right to object to the processing of personal data provided by me, if they are processed for the purpose of direct marketing,
7. the right to object to the processing of my personal data for reasons relating to my particular situation, including when the data is processed for a purpose other than direct marketing,
